TERMS
AND CONDITIONS *
All participants during the period of the season are given next opportunities:
  • free visits to the events organized by the Winzavod Foundation for the Support of Contemporary Art on the territory of the Winzavod CCA;
  • inviting guests to the Open Studios;
  • receiving newsletters about the open call of the Fund's partner institutions.
Participants must:
  • regularly visit the Studios and work on their projects;
  • attend an educational program and complete mentor assignments;
  • maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace;
  • take part in project activities;
  • indicate in interviews, comments and other public representations that you are a resident of the Winzavod Open Studios;
  • provide the organizers with at least one work (artwork) created in the Open Studios for its inclusion in the exhibits of the reporting exhibition;
  • donate one of the works created in the space of the Open Studios to the art collection of the organizers no later than the end date of the project.
The organizer has a right:
  • organize and conduct photo and video filming of project participants, as well as PR campaign events with their participation;
  • complete cooperation with a project participant in case of non-compliance or bad faith compliance with the rules.
* Not a public offer. The full set of terms and conditions of the project is given for the reference to successful candidates which were selected by the project's examination board.
